[Royal Caribbean] Voyager of the Seas 4D3N Cruise Day 3
16 June 2019With limited choices of activities for little children and parents stuck with little children, our day became same old same old.
Breakfast @ Windjammer's.
Pretty therapeutic watching the waves propagate diagonally outwards as the vessel forges through the sea.
At lunch we met more nice people; a fellow Singapore couple with 2 lovely daughters whom we shared the bittersweet experience of feeding, fussing and entertaining our little ones.
We quickly joined the queue @Studio B (Deck 3, right outside the Main Dining Room) for the ice-skating show 30mins before the 2pm show.
But we only lasted a minute. The ice-skater glided out, picked up the jester hat, on came the loud thumping music and we had to make a dash for the exit.
In transit to our room, we had a brief affair with the coin dozer machine @ Casino Royale which ended prematurely when a staff spotted the little one partaking in the unwholesome act of gambling.
Dinner on the last night was extra special. The waiters and waitresses assembled to put up a lively performance which epitomizes their dedication and going of the extra mile to ensure a satisfying experience for the diners.
Dessert was extra special too! The cake was adorned with a lighted candle and a few waiters circled our table to sing a birthday song for our birthday who turned 4!
A surprise towel art greeted us when we returned to our room. It kinda spooked us a little though.
Like the first night, the little one turned in early which enabled the Fitness Center-Cafe Promenade routine.
There was no more Cruise Compass that night but in place was a sheet containing concise instructions for disembarkation: vacate the room by 8.30am, go to assigned waiting lounge according to luggage tag number, head for the level 4 gangway at scheduled timing for disembarkation.
