It was my first long haul flight: 12 hours to Frankfurt followed by 8 hours to JFK. That's almost a day in the air. I kinda enjoyed it though; eat, sleep, watch movie.

 

We touched down in New York in the afternoon, severely jet lagged and grubby after not showering for a day. The sights of the trademark yellow NYC taxis announced that we have reached our destination.

 

 

We coached towards Boston and had an early dinner at Old Country Buffet in Watertown Mall. The spread was really good although most of us were too weary to enjoy. We stayed at Doubletree Bedford Glen for the next two nights.
