The cruise was scheduled to dock back at Singapore at 8.15am.

 

Thankfully there was still breakfast provided. But the few final hours meant a mad flurry of last-gasp activities.

 

5.27am | woke up minutes shy of the alarm set at 5.30am.

 

6.00am | went up to Deck 11.

 

 

MBS and Singapore flyer already in sight. Entered Windjammer's, already half-filled with like-minded early birds.

 

 

6.30am | returned to room, wife and son still sleeping soundly, switched on some lights and did some final packing.

 

 

6.45am | switched on television, found channel screening The Peanuts Movie. Wife and son woke up to the movie, washed up.

 

7.15am| luggage packed, went up to Windjammer's which is now fully packed. Had a hasty breakfast.

 

 

8am | left the restaurant with an army of people at the entrance waiting to enter. Went up for one final mini-golf session.

 

 

8.15am | announcement for the commencement of disembarkation sounded.

 

Went back to room, picked up our luggages, headed for the gangway and bade goodbye to our floating home for the past four days.
